Terms and Conditions — 6 Game Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 6 Game at 6game.pro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 6 Game ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing any bet, participating in any promotion or otherwise accessing any part of the 6 Game platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not create an account or use any part of the platform. Access to certain features of 6 Game is conditional on your continued compliance with these Terms and any additional rules or policies published on the platform, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 6 Game you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming or sports betting activities.
• You have not previously had an account on 6 Game that was closed, suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.

• You will not use the platform for any fraudulent, money laundering or otherwise illegal purpose.

6 Game reserves the right to request documentation from any player at any time to verify eligibility. This may include government-issued identity documents, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 6 Game. Registering multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 6 Game reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If any information you have provided changes — particularly your contact details — please update your profile promptly or contact our support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 6 Game will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately so that your account can be secured.

6 Game reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where:

• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period with no deposits, bets or logins.
• We have reason to believe the account is being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
• We are required to do so under any applicable law or regulatory obligation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 6 Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. Additional payment options may be added from time to time; the most current list is always displayed in your account's cashier section.

Deposits are credited to your 6 Game balance promptly upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. 6 Game is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network issues or errors on the part of your bank or mobile wallet provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed once your account verification is complete and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met. We aim to process withdrawals as quickly as technically possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are typically completed within minutes of processing. Raast transfers are similarly fast once initiated. Standard bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's own processing schedule.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you own and that has been verified on your account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. 6 Game reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal request.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time. VIP players may have access to higher limits — see the VIP page for details.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6 Game offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers and VIP-exclusive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in its individual terms. Always check before claiming.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while certain table games, live casino products and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time window. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse prevention: 6 Game monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse or exploitation. Any player found to be abusing promotions — including through low-risk hedging, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts or coordinated group play — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account reviewed.

6 Game reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its modification will not be disadvantaged retrospectively.

6. Betting Rules

The 6 Game sportsbook covers a wide range of sports and markets, with particular depth in Cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODI series, Test matches, Asia Cup events and ICC tournaments. Football, Esports and other international sports are also available.

All bets are accepted subject to the following conditions:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, amend or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• 6 Game reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, incorrect market data, system errors, or events affected by irregular or suspicious betting patterns.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play odds update in real time and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation, which may differ from odds shown immediately before placement due to network latency.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by player account tier.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise fails to reach a conclusion, settlement rules specific to that sport and market will apply. General settlement rules are available in the Help section of the platform.
• Any bet placed on an event where the outcome is already known — whether due to a data feed error or any other reason — will be voided regardless of when it was placed.

7. Casino and Slot Games

6 Game offers a library of slot games, live casino products and other casino-style games sourced from certified third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Big Time Gaming and Evolution. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently verified to ensure fair outcomes.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are available within each game's information panel. Live casino products such as Lightning Roulette, Crazy Time and Live Blackjack operate under the rules of the respective studio provider and 6 Game is not responsible for decisions made by studio dealers or hosts.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical failure, the affected round will be voided and any stake involved will be returned to your account balance. Winnings generated during a game malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 6 Game and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to do so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of manipulation of sporting outcomes.
• Using information not available to the general public when placing bets — including but not limited to insider information about team selection, injuries or match conditions.
• Deliberately exploiting errors in odds, game mechanics or platform functionality for financial gain.
• Any activity that 6 Game reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud or financing of illegal activities.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any person under the age of 18.
• Conducting coordinated play across multiple accounts to manipulate promotional outcomes or game results.

9. Privacy and Data

6 Game collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the platform you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect data necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with legal obligations and improve the player experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary for platform operations.

• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from third-party payment processing delays, errors or failures.
• Technical failures, data loss or interruption of service caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms
